Community Announcements

Citizens' Climate Lobby, Wooster Chapter, is sponsoring a Candidate Night on Tuesday, October 8 from 6:30 - 7:30 pm in the East Conference Room of the Wayne County Public Library for the OH District 7 candidates [Rep. Max Miller (R) and Matthew Diemer (D)] for the office of U.S. House Representative to discuss specifically issues of Agriculture, Energy, and the Environment.

The discussion will center around questions from constituents in the audience/ and/ or questions pre-composed by constituents from Wayne County (in District 7). Both candidates will be given an opportunity to answer all questions.

All constituents and residents of Wayne County are urged to attend to hear first-hand their candidates' opinions about and the policies they would support concerning environmental issues in our community.

We are the Wooster/Orrville NAACP chapter(#3208). Our goal is to ensure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate race-based discrimination. Meeting Information

Unit 3208 Executive Team meets the First Monday of every month; the General Assembly meeting is the Second Monday of the month. Meetings are held at Community Action Wayne/Medina.
